Supervisor piping / civiel / E&I

You are responsible for drafting, checking and managing a contractor in your own field during the implementation of projects on the client’s site.
As a Supervisor you are responsible for managing your discipline within a large new construction project or during a large TurnAround of a factory.

Depending on your experience, you may act as the Construction Manager’s deputy in his absence.

Communication skills and the drive to bring a project to a successful conclusion are important in this position.

Distinguishing main and side issues during a project to feed back to the Construction Manager is essential during execution.

In this position, the step to Construction Manager is a realistic option.

Job requirements

  • HBO or
  • MBO + with demonstrable experience at HBO working and thinking level
  • At least 5 years of experience in the petrochemical industry
  • English in word and writing
  • Ability to lead a team of employees
