How does the application procedure work within TC?

All CVs we receive are reviewed and assessed. Your CV may not directly match the profile we are looking for at that moment, but your CV is interesting to store in our database. We will contact you and briefly discuss your options based on your CV.
If you like those possibilities, we invite you to come by the office to get to know each other, so that we know who you are, but more importantly so that you know who the people behind TC are.

During the conversation we can carefully map out a trajectory to achieve the goal you have in mind. You may already be working in petrochemicals but are ready for a different position, then we will discuss how you can get there. Following a study to achieve your goal(s) may be one of the options.
